If this is how you would describe yourself and you are a Cloud Engineer, we’d like to propose a challenge: to set-up and manage cloud native platforms, hosting the websites and online shops of our largest clients.
What will you be doing?
You’ll be working on platforms that form the backbone of the online marketing and sales strategy of our clients – brand platforms, B2B / B2C eCommerce, mostly build in .NET or Java. Therefore, we rely on you to work with software engineers to create a reliable, secure and performing environment for different types of architectures – PAAS, microservices, Kubernetes and sometimes also still IAAS. We work with Azure and AWS and are currently growing our GCP activities. Since all platforms host public facing websites, high availability, performance, scalability and security will spearhead your actions.
You’ll be working in a pure DevOps environment - working in an agile, multi-disciplinary team, where production is your shared responsibility. Your unique vision as a cloud engineer will be your contribution to the team. You’ll build platforms using Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Cloud Formation) and remain responsible with your team. You’ll participate in our L3 24x7 service with stand-by services (less than once a month).

In addition, you should be eager to continue your development and offer the following:
- A bachelor/university degree (or Dutch HBO or WO level equivalent)
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience with external clients
- Experience with Azure and/or AWS. GCP is a plus.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably ARM and/or Cloud formation
- Experience with managing content management systems and e-commerce platforms
- Speaking and writing English is required, Dutch is a plus
