Valtech is rapidly growing and our service managers could use your support. That is why we are looking for someone like you; who will not only support our customers but also our service managers and project managers.

What will you be doing?

As service coordinator, you are responsible for running and supporting the operational activities of our customers. You will be handling incidents, requests, questions and complaints that are raised by clients. You will work in close cooperation with our service managers and project managers while you are an integrated part of our multi-disciplinary client teams, keeping our digital solutions healthy and durable.

You are an indispensable link in the entire process concerning existing and new projects from our clients to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. This means that you can ensure quick handling of those projects and work together with clients to activate the right internal or external teams. You will work closely with our service managers in creating and leading projects from start to finish. You will not only maintain contact with your clients via email and telephone, but our service managers will also gladly take you along to discuss reports with the client.

Besides that, you will also be involved in the creating and executing of releases together with the service manager, the project manager and the client. You will not only coordinate the release procedure but also take care of the intake, analysis and execution of possible changes for our Valtech customers. Finally, you will play an essential role in supporting various projects.

What do we expect from you?

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Relevant working experience in the online work field and willingness to develop yourself further in it
  • Experience with a Service Desk or ITIL-driven organization is a plus!
  • Exceptional communication skills and an excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong planning and organizing skills
  • A ‘can-do’ mentality
  • The ability to pick up matters fast and independently. 
  • Flexible in terms of the working environment and willingness to occasionally work at one of our other locations. If you are flexible, so are we!
